It has two blocks of wood as its base. A lattice framework made of battens is furnished between these two blocks for storing shoes and enhancing its firmness. The three panels in the middle are decorated with openwork phoenix designs. The two ends of the board on the top are embellished with blooming flowers. As far as raw materials, designing and craftsmanship are concerned, it is the finest and most well-preserved among openwork clothes-racks.
