Spring and Autumn period
Height: 117cm
Length of the mouth: 30.5cm
Width of the mouth: 24.9cm

The dragon and phoenix patterns around the body are carved in low relief with line cutting technique, the four sides of the neck are decorated with ears in dragon and beast shape, and the four corners of the lower part of the belly are designed with small dragons. A pair of beasts are carved at the bottom of the ringed foot. The lid of the pot is in two-layer lotus shape, with a crane standing in the middle presenting an about-to-soaring posture. The whole design looks gorgeous yet in a realistic style, vivid and lifelike. It is indeed a masterpiece of the bronze wares in the Spring and Autumn Period.
