Emperor Renzong of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Gaochi (1378-1425), was the eldest son of Emperor Chengzu and the fourth emperor of the Ming Dynasty.

In August 1424 AD, Emperor Chengzu died of illness and Emperor Renzong succeeded. During his reign, Emperor Renzong developed production, and helped people to recuperate and multiply, which laid a solid foundation for the "Ren Xuan Governance" .

In May 1425, Emperor Renzong died of illness at the age of 47 and was buried in Xianling in Tianshou Mountain, Changping District, Beijing.
