Xingqi Yuming (Qi Circulation Inscription) is a jade article engraved with inscriptions in the Warring States Period. It assumes a 12-edged column shape with a grooved center and closed top. There are 45 characters engraved on it describing the means and function of Qi circulation when practicing Qi-gong. It is a valuable cultural relic of the earliest literature specializing on Qi-gong and health preservation ever known in China.
