In the hall of Huqingyu Drugstore, there are two things that have been there since the establishment of the store by Hu Xueyan. The striking things are: 1) the board bearing the characters "zhen bu er jia" (meaning "real set prices") hanging on the business hall; 2) the board bearing "jie qi" (meaning "no cheating") hanging in the middle of the rear hall. The board also bears the pledge personally made by Hu Xueyan. The long-standing high reputation and credit of Huqingyu Drugstore in Hangzhou are closely linked with its operation styles and business ethics.
