This one of the 10 attractions used to be a private garden in the Southern Song period.It is now the largest garden at West Lake noted for its gold fish and peony flowers.
Located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, the West Lake is also known as Qiantanghu Lake in ancient times and as "Xizi Lake" and "Wulin Water" currently. It was formed under the effect of silt deposition in the Qiantang River.
