Longjing green tea,known as the "king of Green Tea",is a famous specialty of Hangzhou.It is produced in the mountains of Longjing,beside the west lake.It has g green color,fragrant smell,sweet taste,and the leaves are shaped like sparrows tongues.

Located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, the West Lake is also known as Qiantanghu Lake in ancient times and as "Xizi Lake" and "Wulin Water" currently. It was formed under the effect of silt deposition in the Qiantang River.
