Cross-shaped Face (十字门脸 shízìmén liǎn) : The cross-shaped face is developed on the basis of the three-tile face and six-section face by joining the eye sockets of the three-tile face with the vertical color belt of the six-section face at the point between the eyebrows, hence its name. This type of face charts give prominence to the forehead and nose, and produce a more three-dimensional feeling impression of the face.

In the years 1068-1077 of emperor Shenzong’s reign, he was put in charge of painting matters in the imperial court. It was he who postulated the compositional schemata of landscape painting consisting of the “high distance”, the “deep distance” and the “flat distance”.

Fan Kuan (范宽): courtesy name Zhongli中立; native of Yaoxian, Shaanxi Province. In the Tiansheng era (1023-1032) of Emperor Renzong of the Northern Song he was active in the cities of Bianjing and Luoyang. He was an expert landscape painter. He started by following the style of Li Cheng (李成) and Jing Hao (荆浩) but after moving into Mount Zhongnan and Mount Hua to sketch from nature he eventually formed his own approach to painting the massive mountains of north China. "De Cheng An", the largest hockshop in Macao
"De Cheng An" began to build in 1917, used to be the largest hockshop in Macao, belonged to merchant prince names Gao Ke ning. It had not been using after completing a course in 1993. In 2001, Macao SAR Government spent 1,400,000 ao yuan in restoring and maintaining, and then handing it to civilian-run enterprises. From then on, "De Cheng An" had beening opened to public as the "Pawnbroking Exhibition" and "Cultural Assembly Hall". Due to the successful protection and utilization case of this history construction, it was honored with 2004 UNESCO Heritage Award.
